Three packages. One record of the mission.
Every customer on the platform is on a package that decides how much of a running mission they see and how the control room talks to them. The operator picks the package per customer; the platform enforces it on every screen and every API call.
Bronze
Status visibility. The customer sees each status change on their mission as it happens, and nothing the operator has not chosen to share.
- Mission status updates
Silver
The operational package. Positions at every mission event, saved corridors, bulk requests, translated messaging and export of the customer's own data.
- Mission status updates
- GPS snapshots
- Route code
- Bulk import
- Bulk reference numbers
- Automatic translation
- Excel / ZIP export
- Extended stop visibility
- Read receipts
- Data export
Gold
Full monitoring and communication. Photos carry their position, updates reach the customer by e-mail, the control room verifies them, and a missed check-in escalates on the customer's own clock.
- Mission status updates
- GPS snapshots
- Photos with GPS position

Package pricing is set by the operator that runs the escort work, as part of their quote. Platform licensing for operators is agreed per organisation. Neither is a list price.

Anything outside the package is an add-on.
A customer does not have to move up a whole package for one capability. The operator can switch a single feature on for the organisation, or activate it for one trip that warrants it. The platform reads all three the same way.
Organisation add-on
One feature switched on for a customer organisation on top of its package, for every mission it books.
Trip add-on
One feature activated on a single request, for that mission only. Verified updates or fast escalation for a high-value load, without changing the customer's package.
Package, add-on or trip
The gate is the union of the three. The same rule runs in the API and the UI, so a feature the customer has not bought is neither shown nor served.
